High School Librarian Awarded $7,500 Grant from Arvest Foundation
The CHS Library is proud to announce that Librarian Mrs. Whitney Armer has been awarded a $7,500 grant from the Arvest Foundation. This generous grant funded the purchase of a book vending machine to support the library’s student reward system.
The vending machine will allow students to earn tokens through reading. Each token can be redeemed for a new book to take home, helping foster a lifelong love of reading.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Arvest Foundation for investing in our students,” said Mrs. Armer. “This book vending machine will make reading exciting and accessible, while also rewarding students for their hard work and dedication.”
